​By placing an order on the CHA茶。 online store you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any section of these, please contact us at cha.clothinguk@gmail.com before placing your order. We must receive payment in full for the price of the goods and shipping before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm the acceptance of your order by an email sent to the address you provide in your order form.


Our chosen payment methods for the CHA茶。 online store are PayPal and Square Up. We use them as they are both fast, easy and secure services for transferring money and paying for goods.


Shipping costs depend on the weight. The charge for your shipping will be calculated at the checkout depending on which items you are purchasing and what they weigh. CHA茶。 ships all orders via Royal Mail & aims to dispatch all orders within 2 days of purchase. We offer Global shipping. Different delivery methods can be chosen by you at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the UK leaving the EU on the 1st of January 2021, there have been some updates on posting outside the UK. Sadly, CHA茶。is not responsible for any customs charges, please check out Royal Mail for more information on potential charges for imported goods in your country which the customer is liable for.


All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible should you order an item that is unavailable. You will then have the option to receive a full refund or exchange item(s) for alternatives.


All product descriptions have been made as accurate as possible. Please note that product measurements and dimensions are approximate.


Should you want to make a return, please send your item(s) back to the returns address within 14 days of receiving your order to be entitled to an exchange or refund. All items must be unworn and in perfect, resellable condition in order to be entitled to a refund or exchange. If the security tag has been tampered with, or has been removed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. At this time, we do not offer free returns labels. All costs of returning your item(s) are your responsibility to pay. We recommend insuring your parcel to the full value of the contents and choosing a service with tracking and a signature on delivery. We are extremely sorry if you have received a faulty item. If this is the case, please get in touch at cha.clothinguk@gmail.com and we will exchange or refund your item(s) as soon as we receive it back.
